We use EAF + LF + VD melting methods to melt the material of 42CrMo4
As per heat treatment of 42CrMo4 forged parts, We could do anealed, normalized, hardening and tempering as per the needs of the clients.

Heat treatment and rough and finishing machining are available from our company.We can offer forged disc blanks that can be customized according to your shape, size, and material. And these blanks are with lower volume needs and near net shapes to reduce final machining costs.
